Welcome to A Dose of Del! Ever since I was a kid I have always been called Delaney. I never really had a nickname growing up until my friend Jolie started calling me Del. From there on a lot of my close friends started calling me Del, a nickname I have grown to love quite fondly. Therefore I have decided to incorporate it into the name of my blog! As a growing writer and editor, I hope to use this page to expand my skills and experience, and to share parts of my life with you, in the only one can-by writing. Flannery O'Connor once said, "I write because I don't know what I think until I read what I say.", and I have found nothing to be more true.
